UNIQUE INTERLOCKING FEATURES
Our Unique interlocking design helps achieve our pipe section a better Grip to the MS pipe and ultimately increases the thermal conductivity, k - value by up to 25%-40% than traditional Wire Cutting Technology.

PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES
At STYRENE PACKINGS®️ boasts the highest annual production capacity in the country for Pre-Moulded Pipe sections EPS insulation. It is around 500+ Mt Annual Production and an output of 5-7 FCL Containers dispatch per Day.
Our multiple sets of mold in each standard size makes us confident to give uninterrupted supplies at the projects even when any given mold goes for periodic maintenance or is under breakdown.
RAW MATERIAL
All Our Raw material EPS granule sourced is fire rated for UL -94, type HF-1/HF-2/V1 Certification Class. It is Self Extinguishing in nature.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Joint study was conducted with Styrene Packings ® , BASF Chemical company and C.B.R.I. Roorkee on evaluating the difference of comfort level and cost saving between EPS insulated and non insulated house.
Research conducted by CBRI on the benefit of STYRENE PACKINGS®️ EPS Insulation products shows a temperature difference of at least 4 degree Celsius between insulated and non insulated rooms resulting in power saving of the tune 20% over the years.
